Refund Policy
At Rent A Prime, we understand that plans can change. Here's our refund policy:
1. Cancellations
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 48–24 hours before the scheduled time.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows.
2. Delays and No-shows
- If the customer is not available at the pickup location within 30 minutes, it is treated as a no-show.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email your booking reference and reason to rentaprimecars@gmail.com.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
The Refund rules may change as per the Company commitments and policies.
